Build-to-Rent schemes are increasingly becoming an attractive option for developers and their clients.  WA Members are invited to find out more about BTR and the opportunities it presents for WA

Build-to-Rent is an innovative and exciting development opportunity that is providing a lease-for-life option beyond purchasing or renting a property on a short-term basis.

The Built- to-Rent scheme represents a third way for prospective homebuyers and renters to invest in property. It is a model that helps guarantee long-term tenancy in affordable and attractive schemes and it is aimed at
attracting new clients who are looking to save toward their own homes or for those looking to secure longer-term occupancy in a selective area of choice.

Join the Property Council Australia for a discussion on why this new model is increasingly becoming an attractive option for occupant investors and what it means for your property business in the future; and how you can capture the opportunity!
