The Property Council's Growth Summit is back!

Come together to discuss the critical issues impacting the property industry in 2022 at the Property Council's Growth Summit.

We're bringing together a diverse range of high-calibre speakers and leading experts to discuss population growth and movement in a post-pandemic environment, Victoria as the destination for global investment, and what's ahead for our cities and regions as we plan for future growth.

Block out your diary for an inspiring half-day session where you will learn from the property industry's brightest minds, network with other Property Council members and share your ideas through interactive polling and Q&A sessions.

Keep your eyes on your inbox as we reveal our outstanding keynote speakers and panelists.

Sessions Include:

Population growth and movement in a post-pandemic environment

Victoria’s population and demographic trends have shifted dynamically throughout the pandemic.  From the great tree change to the international migration tap being turned completely off, the way people move around the state has fundamentally changed. But has it changed for good? Or will it bounce back in coming years?

Addressing our growth challenges

As an independent advisory body to the Victorian Government, Infrastructure Victoria's core task is to consider our state's future growth and how best to plan for it. Infrastructure Victoria CEO Jonathan Spear will outline their latest work and research on how infrastructure can best be utilised and match people's evolving preferences for work and life post-pandemic

Challenging Victoria’s growth model

Plan Melbourne set out an ambitious growth model for our city, and the Regional Framework Plans for our regions. Delivered before the pandemic, is our growth model still fit for purpose post-pandemic?  How do we make sure we maintain Victoria’s competitiveness as one of the most live-able places in the world?  How do we remain an affordable, accessible place to live?
