Notes

The development of Innovation Precincts in New South Wales is an important step to ensure that world class research, work and outputs of our state are supported by placemaking and investment.

Tech Central, Westmead Health and Innovation District, Macquarie Park and Central Coast, in varying stages of maturity, are all well underway on delivering innovation districts for the benefit of business, government and the community.  Education plays a key role in delivering a successful innovation precinct.

Join us as we seek to define and quantify the size of the opportunity for investing in innovation districts and explore the important returns that investing or co-investing in the education sector plays in curating an innovation precinct and enabling that sector to grow.
