The Government has recently pledged $780 million on the redevelopment of the John Hunter Hospital, bringing the total health infrastructure spend to in excess of $1 billion.
The project is an exciting collaboration between health, education and research experts, set to deliver expanded services all in one precinct. This will incorporate new emergency care services, critical care services, patient accommodation and enhanced outpatient services.
Health precincts are such a critical part of a community and it’s important to get it right. What are the learnings from other parts of the world, what is this project shaping up to look like and what makes a truly world class precinct?
Join our speakers who will explore the importance of health precinct planning and what it delivers to our region and its economy.
