Transport is an integral part of city shaping. From Sydney to London, the reputations of global cities can rise and fall on the quality of their transport networks, and how well they are integrated and coordinated. A transport network is a city’s cardiovascular system enabling the continuous flow of people and goods through its arteries. Governments, urban planners and transport-infrastructure owners are increasingly aware that transport quality is crucial for the economy, particularly as we plan for a post-COVID recovery.

Graeme Craig is responsible for Transport for London’s 5,500 acres of operational land, over 30 offices buildings across London. The commercial property function of Transport for London is delivering an initial programme of 10,000 homes across more than 50 sites, developing over two million square feet of commercial offices across seven sites and TfL has over 2,000 commercial tenants.

Rob Sharp Secretary of Transport for NSW, is leading the delivery of a once-in-a-generation, $72 billion transport services and infrastructure program across NSW over four years - with a renewed focus on technology.  This is in addition to running essential daily transport services and operations to connect people right across NSW. Rob leads more than 25,000 people dedicated to making NSW a better place to live, work and visit by connecting people and communities.

Join us for this virtual event where you will provide an insight into the inner workings of Transport for London and the commercial development projects and the roll out of major transport projects in NSW including COVID related challenges for both commuters, develop teams and the opportunities that lie ahead for the property industry.
