Notes

As we look ahead to the opportunities for new and emerging employment and investment opportunities in the ACT, this Outlook event will investigate the industrial and employment lands that are needed over the next 10-20 years.  Where should land be located and how do we foster a diversity and critical mass of employment generating land uses?

What are the strategic planning levers that need to be pulled to ensure that we not only meet the needs of a growing population both in the ACT and the region, but supports employment outside of the retail and office markets?  All this will be explored through presentation of Property Council Research and an expert panel to discuss these critical issues and opportunities for our city.
