What will 2021 bring for the residential property sector in ACT?

Pre-COVID - Canberra's residential market was the quiet achiever nationally, but what does the post recovery conditions mean for our housing market?

Post COVID – We need to understand what the housing market is facing, and what needs to be done to quickly harness any opportunities to make sure we are best placed to lead the economic recovery of Canberra and the Region.??

Keeping ahead of issues arising from building reform to planning reviews, how do we as a city attract and grow our population at the same time deliver housing affordability and housing choice where and when it is needed.?What role do we need to play as a sector at this critical time?? All this will be discussed at the 2021 Planning & Residential Outlook proudly brought to you by Harvey Norman Commercial

Hear keynote addresses from Australia's pre-eminent economic and residential forecasters who will be joined by a moderated panel discussion with some of Canberra's key residential figures.
