In Western Australia sponsorship opportunities are available for up to 40 Property Council events every year, including:

  • Leaders Conference (annual)
  • Future Directions (Young People in Property) series of events
  • Golf Classic September (annual)
  • Office Market Report Breakfasts (bi-annual)
  • Retirement Living Outlook (annual)
  • Retail Property Conference (annual)
  • Commercial Property Conference (annual)
  • Retirement Living Conference (annual)
  • Knowledge Seminars (bi-monthly)
  • Site visits/ tours (occasional)
  • Members’ Christmas Luncheon
  • Property Council of WA Awards
  • Boardroom Luncheons (occasional)
  • Member Briefings (occasional)
  • Member cocktail event (annual)

Sponsorships are negotiated based on single events, annual programs or tailored packages. National and state sponsorships are separately conducted. Multiple sponsors can sponsor some events according to a varying cost structure. At state level, annual sponsorship programs operate for a financial year starting in July to the following June.
