The annual PwC/Property Council Retirement Census data collection is underway, and all retirement village operators are encouraged to participate.

Participating in the Retirement Census is a valuable opportunity to:

Your data remains confidential.  The reports do not identify individual operators or villages, and we don’t advertise who participates.

How to participate

All Australian retirement village operators are encouraged to participate in the Retirement Census.

On 22 July 2019, Property Council members who operate retirement villages were sent an email with instructions on how to participate.  This email was sent to your “Property Council Member Rep” or another person nominated by your executive for this project.
