Spring Hill Breakfast – City Centre Extension or Next Urban Village?
The changing face of Spring Hill and its undiscovered investment potential was the focus of the Property Council’s recent breakfast.
Speakers included Troy Daffy – Managing Director, Silverstone Developments, Nathan Anderson – Managing Director, Core Property Partners and Julie Saunders – Director, Urbis.
Both Troy and Nathan profiled their latest Spring Hill Projects which incorporated residential, commercial and health elements and discussed both the challenges and opportunities of developing property in the area.
Overall, the area is a catalytic project or community space away from realising the full potential of its proximity to Brisbane CBD.
Thank you to our event sponsors RCP.
