Mentoring

The Property Council is committed to developing and expanding talent within the industry.  We run a variety of mentoring programs to ensure the right people are matched to the right skills and advice.

Future Directions Future Leaders Mentoring Program - NSW

The Future Leaders Mentoring Program is an initiative of the NSW Future Directions Committee. The program creates a forum for young property professionals to learn, network and socialise with like-minded peers and industry leaders. It is intended to introduce students in their final years of tertiary education to the property industry and assist them with the transition into full time employment by pairing them with an industry professional that will guide and foster their early involvement with the industry. The Program has been running for eight years and has been proven to be a two-way relationship that benefits both participants.
