Arleen Samiano is employed as a Facilities Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, based in Adelaide, where she is responsible for FM services provided to a blue chip client Head Office. Coming from a Hospitality Business Management background her customer service skills initially got her foot in the door of Facilities Management. Arleen completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management in the Philippines, before migrating to Australia. In 2005 she completed a Bachelor of Hospitality Management at Regency TAFE South Australia. Realising her passion lay in Property Management, in 2007 Arleen joined UGL (now Cushman & Wakefield) and has held various roles and through promotions has worked her way up to her current role. Arleen sees the FM field beyond its technical aspects, and understands the importance of building stakeholder relationships as a key to successfully servicing an organisation across its varied functions.
