Peta Anderson, Regional Facilities Manager - CBRE

Peta Anderson

I started my career as a chemist after graduating from RMIT with a Bachelor of Applied Science – Chemistry. I worked mostly in industrial liquid waste as a plant chemist, and then managed treatment plants for a short time before completing my MBA and moving into contract management, which lead to property. I initially entered the property sector managing facilities services in high profile public venues including the National Gallery of Victoria and Southern Cross Station (SCS), a 30 year Public Private Partnership arrangement with the State Government. Both these positions were with Honeywell I was at each property for four years before making the move to commercial office Facilities Management with CBRE on the DEXUS account. My current portfolio includes several high profile office properties in Melbourne, and I am responsible for representing the owner’s interests in major redevelopments on two of those properties.
