Alice Smith

Well traveled from a young age. Alice lived in southern Africa and spent time in Australia and England while her father worked for organisations within the United Nations. This grounded Alice from an early age, equipping her with open mindedness and adaptability. Alice studied a Bachelor of Arts at Melbourne University, a Bachelor of Architectural Design and a Master of Architecture at RMIT. Her interest and subsequent passion for property was ignited when she secured a role at ICD Property working on an ever growing portfolio of projects including You&I, Eq Tower, GenFyansford and City Tattersalls Club. Alice’s background in architecture has taught her the value of generating ideas, combining this with her experience in property development means she can take big ideas and bring them to life on a grandscale. With encouragement from senior management Alice is now networking within the property industry focusing on personal and career growth.
