Claire Stuckey, Manager Strategic Property - Georges River Council

Claire Stuckey

Having graduated from University of Plymouth in 1999, Claire gained membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2004 and has worked in a variety of roles including the rural property sector the minerals industry. Relocating from the UK to Perth, Australia in 2012, and more recently Sydney in 2014, Claire has worked in the public sector in property asset management and property development where she has managed a number of high profile controversial projects including aged care and city centre redevelopment projects which seek to deliver significant community outcomes. With over 16 years property experience in both the private and public sector, Claire has significant experience in managing highly political and contentious development projects and has gained a certain ‘expertise’ in managing community and stakeholder expectations.
