Rachel McNaught

Rachel McNaught is a real estate and government lawyer with over 9 years' experience. Her practice concentrates on complex large-scale real estate transactions, including the development, sale, purchase and leasing of commercial, industrial, residential, tourism and retail assets and advising on the property aspects of major infrastructure projects. Rachel advises on large-scale property projects for vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants and hotel operators in both the private and government sectors for leading clients including Altis Property Partners, AMP Capital Investors, DEXUS, Property NSW, NSW Land and Housing Corporation, NSW Treasury, Roads and Maritime Services and UrbanGrowth NSW. Rachel's noteworthy recent projects include the revitalisation of the White Bay Power Station for UrbanGrowth NSW, the renewal and redevelopment of the Ivanhoe Estate at Macquarie Park for NSW Land and Housing Corporation and the sale of 33 Alfred Street, Sydney for AMP.
